Return & Refund Policy

At www.gummies.rest, we want you to love your sleep gummies. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we do not accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A damaged item
An incorrect item
Or your package was lost in transit

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gummies.rest with:

Your order number
A photo of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll offer a replacement or full refund based on the issue.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing or shipped.

4. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you have a concern, please reach out and we’ll help resolve it.
